That’s why I created New Horizons Health Trust CIC: to make sure no one else has to face those challenges alone. Our programmes are designed to give you the tools, support, and confidence to manage your health, boost your wellbeing and stay connected with your community. With a focus on patient voices, advocacy and digital health, everything we do is practical, accessible and is built to help you live life fully beyond diagnosis.
